Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was ordered to submit to random, observed urinalysis drug testing three times a month and shall pay for such tests. I can't afford to pay for these tests. Can I get the costs waived? This is a California Family Court Case.

You need to ask the court for a referral to a low cost testing facility if one exists. Be aware that it's possible the judge may construe any failure to test like a test that is dirty. I urge you to discuss your options with an experienced family law attorney.
