OSC and Declaration of Contempt Order
Once and OSC/Dec. of Contempt, due to non-payment of child support, has been signed by the judge what is the next step that a person (In Pro Per) should take? Is the Petitioner able to ask the judge if the Respondant is held in contempt, to have a bond or trust account posted for future support? Will a warrant be issued if the Respondant doesn't comply with the contempt order?

Re: OSC and Declaration of Contempt Order
the next step is to have it served on the other spouse. when you get to court you can ask for anything and the judge can do just about anything.
