Legal Question in Family Law in California

osc papers

I was served osc papers by the state for other, seek work. I've tried to get the osc for support but the state is having problems understanding the unemployment crisis we're currently in, they got me a court date I had asked them for, but the paper work was filed as other, seek work. will I still be heard by the court for modification of support or do I specifically have to file for that hearing seperatly?

Re: osc papers

You should file your own osc to seek and modify support due to your unemployment. the self help center at your courthouse can help you with the process.

As always please consult an attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck!
