Out-of-state move

I just recently found out that my ex moved to a different state. I am from California and she moved to Pennsylvania. Before she moved, she had changed her phone number and had been ignoring me for months. I haven't seen my daughter since last March. What can I do?

If longer than 6 months you could have a problem as she would have set up residency. The California courts can't really prevent her from moving. Although, there would be penalties, such as increased visitation and reduced support, if she moved simply to prevent your visitation. Let's talk.
