Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been overgarnished (child care/support) by the amount of $3000. I took my exwife to court on 1-20-11 and the judge ordered her to repay me $200/mo.

I have not seen any payment yet and DCSS will not help fathers collect overgarnished wages from mothers/their clients.

How do I get repaid the $200/mo when she simply will not. She works, so I would think I could garnish her wages but do not know how to start the process.

Please Help

Should have asked for a reduce payment. Try to go back and have your payments reduced until your have recouped your $200 a month.

Also not that it matters but if you're ordered to pay $3000 a month should definitely have the ability to hire an attorney. You should be making about $120000 at least if you're ordered to pay that much especially if she's working.
