Overpayment of child support

I overpayed on my child support and was court ordered to be reinbursed my ex wife said she doesnt have the whole amount she offered to pay me in payments what are my options? Thank You.

Take the payments if they are reasonable.

if that order was made after 1/1/99, it is error and you have no rights per a recent ammendment to the family code (sorry, cite not avail to me right now). If a valid order, apply for a writ of execution on her wages or bank account if you think she can afford it.
