overturning an adoption

my daughter was adopted after cps terminated my parental rights is there a certain amont of time i have to file a motion to get my daughter back

Re: overturning an adoption

After the court terminates you parental rights and the child is placed for adoption, your only option is to file an appeal. The time limitation for filing an appeal is 30 days after order terminating parental rights is made.
