Legal Question in Family Law in California

Paid childsupport to ex-girlfriend, Found out child not mine, Can I be repaid?

Had a long distance relationship with woman. She told me that she was pregnant with my child. Support woman through pregnancy and after birth. Sent $500 per month (not court ordered) child support for two years. This womans friends and family told her she could get more money from me per month so she went to DA of California for assistance in collecting more money. DNA test concluded I was not the biological father of the child. Woman has caused nothing but a lot of pain and suffering. Do I have any recourse?
