Legal Question in Family Law in California

if i got the paper from the child support department and i called and they told me it was going to come out of my paycheck and the date was effective already why hasnt it took money out of my paycheck? i wana see my daughter and the mother of my daughter doesnt let me because i have a girlfriend.Ive never been through this and i need to see my daughter.

You are going to have to take her to court if you want visitation. The more visitation you get, the less child support you will have to pay.
