Legal Question in Family Law in California

Parent Alienation

I am the target of ''Parental Alienation'' and have substantial evidence on the alienating parent. If proven, how do the CA County Courts view this tactic in deciding custody?

Re: Parent Alienation

You should document all the steps your ex is using to alienate you from the children. That would be the basis for your modification motion for custody.

good luck.

As always consult a qualified attorney in your area before proceeding.
