Legal Question in Family Law in California

The other parent was charged for child endangerment and child neglect in illinois with children of another relationship, and now she is here in california because she has to pick up my 3 children, i ve already set up a court date, can i keep them away from her untill the court date?

It sounds as if there is an immediate risk of danger to the children. You need to file an ex parte to obtain emergency temporary orders. It is best to obtain the blessing of the Court. If you have any documentation regarding this, submit it to the Court.
