Legal Question in Family Law in California

In our parent custody papppers it says their is to be no corprol punishment, and my son still comes home after his weekends with his father and he tells me that his father is still hitting him. He has a lawyer and at the time I do not . I was wondering how I should go about helping my son not being hit and how to enforse this?
