Parent eviction of child from residential housing

Does a parent have to legally file to evict a child from his/her home? Can a parent file to evict a child from his/her hom and does the child receive any notice or time before eviction?

It depends on the age of the child. Is (s)he over age 18? If so, thirty days notice is probably necessary absent some kind of emergency which might permit an emergency kick out order.
