hi, can you tell me if one parent moves out of town, is it their responsiblity to come and get th child

The court order for transportation will remain in effect until changed by the court. One solution to this problem is to require the receiving parent provide the transportation. You would also request that the costs of transportation be considered in determining child support. Either as a deduction or an addition.
