When you have 0% custody, you pay more guideline child support. She an agree to take nothing and the next day take you to court asking for guideline, so that agreement would be reliant of the word of each party.
You need to first make up your mind whether you want to be in the child's life or not before talking about asking for more time. For further information, visit http://www.ellifritzlaw.com
If the other parent has a timeshare with the child, support can be based on this element as well as on the incomes of the parents.
Child support is based on a formula of percentage of time with the child and the parent's income vs. the percentage of the time the child spends with the other parent and their income. So if one parent is not spending any time with the child they will generally have to pay more in child support than if they were spending time with the child.
Next, Supervised visits are based on the court order. In the court order the amount of time the parent will spend with the child should be stated. If you want more time than one hour during each visit you will have to make a motion requesting additional time with the child during those visits.
