Legal Question in Family Law in California

Parent victim of continuous DCFS charges

My ex-husband has continuously called DCFS to file erroneous child abuse charges against me for the past 4 years. What can I do to keep this from happening? What are my rights? Are there any limitations to his charges? Haven't I now become the victim of harassment?

I don't know, maybe. File an OSC and seek more custody. The court's don't usually let that type of thing go on. They get tired of having to deal with it as well.
