parental right ak
can a parent leave the state with the child without the other parents consent? and/or is that considered kidnapping? also if an domestic violence abuser files for joint custody how likely is it that they would granted joint custody?

can't leave if doing so would frustrate a current order. someone found to have committed domestic violence will face an uphill battle for join physical custody.
