Legal Question in Family Law in California

Parental Alienation: Control and revenge long after the divorce is over

Dear LawGurus:

Any state laws or statutes regarding ongoing Parental Alienation and psychological kidnapping in the state of California. This is a clear case of control and revenge long after the divorce is over. Appropriately, it seems like emotional violence, adult child abuse (it has been 15 years since I've seen or heard from my two adult children--I'm not counting the one hour visit with my son three years ago) and kidnapping. The divorce was final in 1987. At the time of the break up, to my knowledge, both attorneys were unaware of the instability, chaos and abuse in the family.

There are no laws covering the situation, as you word it.
