Legal Question in Family Law in California

parental obligations

Our 17 year old is abusive and his mother fears for her safety. What obligations do we have to take care of him until he turns 18. Do we have legal recourse to get him out of the house. We will pay the expenses to for a foster home. He is not mature enough and when he is denied what he wants he gets angry, disrespectful and abusive. Thanks.

Re: parental obligations

Call the police and report his conduct. Be sure to report your wife's fear for her safety, and that you want him removed.
