parental rights

My ex husband is willing to termate his rights to my children on his own.My husband is wanting to adopte my children.How can I do this without a long drawn out thing..The ex does not pay support nor does he see the children it be 5 years since he has seen them

Since your husband is willing to adopt your children and your ex- husband is willing to terminate his parental rights, you should be able to proceed quite quickly.

If the ex-husband will consent to the adoption, then you can fill out the requisite forms for step-parent adoption and your ex-husband can attach a declaration stating his agreement to the adoption.
