if your parental rights were legally taken away and you children were then legally addopted out, does the biological parent still legally have to pay childsopport

An adoption terminates the parental rights and then confers them on the adoptive parents. However, child support arrears that accrued prior to the termination of parental rights and the adoption, would still have to be paid.
