parental rights

how do I terminate my ex-husbands parental rights based on him being unfit,my fiancee would like to adopt them.

You will be able to commence an adoption proceeding once you terminate parental rights and get married to your fiance. Terminating perental rights is not easy. You must show that the parent has abandoned the children, no visitation or payment of support for 12 months. To show unfitness requires a showing that a relationship with that parent is detrimental to the children. That generally requires the testimony of an expert witness, psychologist, psychiatrist or other licensed counselor.

You should hire an attorney to help with this case as it is quite complex.
