Parenting Courses

My ex husband was ordered to complete a parenting class by April, he has not even enrolled in a course and I was wondering, are there any legal actions I can take to make him enroll in a parenting course? Are there any consequences for his failure to comply?

The consequences generally are loss of child sharing time or custody, but a complete review of the file and the reasons for the parenting course is necessary to give you any usable answer. Take your paperwork to an attorney and have him review it and give you some advice. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
