Legal Question in Family Law in California

parenting plan

I am the mother in a custodial case. I allowed my son to see his father and even travel with his father to indiana, on several occasions(holidays) but my child never lived there. on the month of june a week before my sons 5th birthday father asked me if my son could go to indiana for his birthday for a week. He was not returned and the father threatened that i would never see my son. there were no active orders at the time. i was told by my sons father that he had filed paper work in indiana to get full custody. therefore i went and filed a case at the downtown los angeles court. i filed an exparte to get my son back, but was denied. i waited for the trial date and in the meanwhile my sons father was enrolling my son in school with no legal paperwork. He has no birth certificate nor does he have a social security card for the child, infact he was not present when the child was born. But based on the fact that the grandfather is a school teacher he was able to enroll him in school. I imediately got a lawyer. the outcome was that in the end we came to an temporary agreement. my son would finish the school yr and Iwould relocate for 6 months. but the father is not following the orders. he doesnt see child, when he does he is high.
