If my parents filed a restraining order against my boyfriend for me, can I take it off when I'm 18??

Yes, you can modify a restraining order. You would need to file a stipulation and order, vacating the judgment, or some other effect of dissolving the restraining order. You should speak to a family law facilitator or a local attorney for more information.
