Legal Question in Family Law in California

Parents rights against DCFS.

Do to a few most unfortunate events, my children were taken from our home and placed with relatives by DCFS. This case is moving at a snails pace and we have jumped through every hoop - frustration is growing.

We were told that DCFS is bound to certain WIC codes. Can you tell me if this is true.

Juvenile dependency is a complex area of the law as there are tight time lines which must be complied with. Normally the department very carefully follows these time lines. You should consult with the attorney representing you in juvenile court or an attorney with experience in juvenile dependency court.
