Legal Question in Family Law in California

parent's rights

I want to know if ther is something I can do about my child's father's lifestyle. He is a good father but his lifestyle compromises his ability to be a good father. We are not married or together in any way. Am I within my rights as a parent to request him from associating with specific people that are a major contributing factor?

You ability to limit the father's contact with others will depend upon what conduct you are concerned about.
