Parnetal rights

The father of my children has an x girlfriend whom is saying she is pregent and he wants nothing to so with her, can he sign away rights while she's still carring.. he has a restraing order on her as well for his safety

He doesn't have any rights at this time to sign away. He has not been established to be the father.
