parolee asking for custody of children

What is the likelihood of a parolee,with an extensive criminal history and a spousal abuse case pending, that he would be granted custody of our 3 children?

Generally a parent with that type of record would not get custody. However, that assumes that you are providing adequate parenting for the children.
