Legal Question in Family Law in California

Parolee, victim of domestic violence

A very good friend of mine is on parole. He owns hisown mobile home and when he was incarcerated his ex-girlfriend had moved in and now refuses to leave. She knows he has only three months on parole and threatens him that if hetries to kick her out she will cut herself and call the police she will claim he raped her. She beats this poor guy everyday, on 7/15/01 she broke into a house where he had spent the night (his supervisor's home)His ex-girlfriend had stolen a car broke into this house and beat the heck out of him and a co-worker who was sleeping in the next room. He is trapped anddoesnt think there is anything he can do. His parole agent knows she is mentally unstable but seems to do nothing. What can he do?

he should file a police report and press charges, he has a witness. he can also file an eviction and get a restraining order.
