Legal Question in Family Law in California

As part of a divorce stipulation, my ex-husband and I are ordered to be 50% responsible for the private school tuition and medical costs of our two children. He was terminated from his job for a suspended driver�s license for refusal to take a DUI test when pulled over. He has since stopped paying for tuition costs. If I am to go to court to modify this child support order, should I ask that IF I pay his 50% share, he should be ordered to reimburse me? Should I ask for something else? Could the court possibly order him to pay nothing until he gets a job back and I am solely financially responsible? He has no income right now.

You should ask for a find-work order and/or imputed income.
