All documents refer to the Mother / Minor Female by name. There is no reference to the ( Mother / Minor Female ) Parent. The ( Mother / Minor Female ) is not present for court. Judgement is therefore in favor of (father / 21 year old male) Is it the norm to have minor children in court . Shouldnt a court recognize there has been a crime committed. and the fact that these parents are related by blood 1st cousins. Shouldnt there moral judgement be in Question . . ?!
