Legal Question in Family Law in California

EX Parte

I have returned from a 2 year deployment a year of that in Iraq came home to no money and the one car. Went through the process of divorce now i cant get my things out of the apartment we are renting. She changed the lock. I will be leaving my ex wife the truck but will not have any money for alimony as I need to buy a vehicle and she is still trying to get me in trouble by saying that she thinks im crazy and she fears for her safety. I dont want to loose my security clearance to her stupidity. Im in california so it will take 6 months for everything to finish so I can get my stuff. Is there any other way then waiting. As well as there anything that I should really watch out for. We have nothing of value should I get an atorneny any way she is being so vicious.

Re: EX Parte

I would fight it because a restraining order is going to affect your security clearance. And yes, you can ask to get your stuff. I would get an attorney to review the documents she filed and file a response.
