Legal Question in Family Law in California

partial custody given to heroin addicted father on probation with 2 strikes who

I have an infant daughter with a man who has been mostly in jail in the 10 years of relationship on drug and assault etc. charges. separated due to physical abuse broke hand on last abuse a few months ago. now i have left him. he got partial custudy of child. question is regarding if i can have this overturned. judge did not seem to have read report on his criminal record. He has been heroin addict for over 20 years is currently on probation. still openly using drugs drinking and driving with no licence. does not have own residence living with brothers. has no vehicle and has 2 strikes against him under calif. law. he is living in home with other drug abusers who openly admit it. my child is definetly not safe in the enviroment. reason I have been trying to get hi out of life since baby was born. can i overturn this judge decesion. Please help Month old baby in jeopordy!

try an OSC with the new evidence of drug use etc. better yet, report everything you can find out about him to the cops and try to get him the third strike.
