Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can a third party (grandmother) intervene with the court after a custody hearing where her homeless daughter was unable to attend, the children's custodial father introduced provably false evidence, and the court granted him full custody with supervised visitation? He is now denying the grandparents visitation with the children.

If the grandparents had a significant relationship with the minor child and spent time with the child that would be considered by the court important to maintain, it would be wise for the grandparents to do a joinder into the family law matter and request that they have their own timeshare relationship with their grandchild. They should meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore their legal options.
