Legal Question in Family Law in California

A party is thrown for a 16 yr old's birthday over 60 days ago. The attendees are ages 16-19 with 3 adults present over the age of 40. Alcohol is consumed. 1 Child tells a parent 50 days after the party and they are upset. What legal action can they take against the adults who had the party at their house?
