Legal Question in Family Law in California

My passport has been suspended due to child support arrears greater than 5k. My new job requires me to travel outside the country, with out this job I can't pay my arrears. Is there any chance a court can over rule my suspension so I can work?

Yes. It is also possible that the Dept. of Child Support Services will withdraw it if you explain to them and make arrangements for payment.
