paternity test
my ex wants a paternity test on my one month old baby and i never said he was the father or asked him for anything my baby has a father stated on the birth certificate if i am served with papers do i have to go take tests?

Your baby's father needs to do voluntary declaration of paternity. Your ex cannot get a court order without a hearing...you should file your opposition at that time. If you need reprsentation you can contact me.
