Paternity and wage assessment

My friend has already been ordered to pay support on a child who he dosent even know is his. Is it to late to request a paternity test and if so how can I have my payments modified or lowered?

Yes he needs to set aside the paternity order immediately or he will be stuck paying child support until the child is 18.
