ok i have to pay my ex girlfriend from 5 years ago child support for her son who i have not had any contact with. right now my fieance and i are having financal problems and we have to kids that its benen hard for us to and i want to no if i gave up my rights to him if that would make a diffrence? because i dont want any contact with him or her..

I should not make any difference unless she is willing to agree to lesser payments if you give up your rights. Since you do not see your child [you should for his sake], why would she give you anything for rights she assumes you will never use?
