Legal Question in Family Law in California

I pay C/S for my 3 kids, My daughter who is 18 did not graduate this 2010 from H.S. Do I still need to continue to pay C/S if she is going to go to Adult Ed?

Family Code section 3901 provides that you have to support your child, if she is a full-time student (and who is not self supporting) until she completes the 12th grade or reaches the age of 19, whichever occurs first. If she is not a full time student, your obligation to pay child support terminates when she is 18. I wouldn't just stop paying, however, without moving for an order terminating support. I suggest you speak to a competent family law attorney.
