Legal Question in Family Law in California
Currently pay $300 per month on child support (1child) based on mutual agreement and court order. My ex-wife is threatening me that she will ask for more money from child support office. What is the probability of her getting more than the $300 she already gets? I make $2,400 bi-weekly before taxes and have remarried with no children yet. We do pay mortgage and I pay for my daughters health insurance.
What is the probability of the monthly amount increasing and how high can it go?

You need to meet with a skilled family law attorney to review your situation and assess your financial exposure. There are more vectors not included in your question that must be identified and analyzed.
In plain English, what Ms. Kock said is that the law requires child support to be calculated on approved software that runs a complicated formula based on a couple of dozen specific financial inputs for each parent. Without sitting down and going over each of those inputs, and then running the program, you cannot tell what the correct support amount would be.
It may help you to go to the family law facilitator's office at a courthouse near you and have them run the numbers through the Dissomaster, to determine whether or not you are paying guideline support.
