Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been paying alimony since divorce and my x is entitled to half of my pension. my x is living with her boyfriend since we broke up. is there anyway to change the court order? if i get married does it change anything for me.

The order on the pension stays, no matter what.

Regarding spousal support, there is a statutory presumption that if you are cohabitating with someone of the opposite sex, that you don't have a need for spousal support. In other words, you have a basis to file to modify your spousal support order.

That you get remarried has no effect on either the pension or spousal support(for the most part regarding support, although it could have some nominal effect).
