Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been paying child support since the birth of my son. He is now 21 yrs old, but has downs syndrome. Because of his disability, does this mean that I will have to pay support for the rest of my or his life? Please help!

Your sons disability and your support obligations must be carefully reviewed by a skilled family law attorney. There may be services and state funds available for your adult son that could substantially mitigate your financial obligations.
