Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I'm paying child support and the court state we split the medical expences (I have my son on my med. ins) and she owes me money do to Co-Pay, can I take it out of the child support I have to pay her.

Have you supplied her with receipts and requested reimbursement? do so in writing first

I would add that you must provide receipts and demand for payment within 30-days of incurring the expense.
