Legal Question in Family Law in California
if someone is paying child support and is not related to child nor knows the child and it's been over 7 years. is there anyway to fight this to stop child support payments.??

It is unlikely that any thing can be done after 7 years. Gather the paper work and consult with an attorney. Only by consulting with an attorney with all of the paperwork will you be able to get a proper answer.

Why in the world would someone be paying child support for a child who is no relation and who the person does not even know? Without that information there is no way to answer your question.
