not paying a divorce settlement

in my divorce last may my ex-wife was ordered to pay me $9,000 at 9 1/2% interest after she pays off her truck. well i talked to her about that(the truck will be paid off in 2 months and she said that she's not going to pay me no matter what the judge said because she doesn't think she has too.do i need to talk her back to court and if so she she liable for my attorney fees and the court cost if so. thank you for your time on this matter.

It sounds like you have a judgment against her and can execute on that judgment by wage garnishment or any other enforcement methods available to you. You do not need to "take her back to court" you can get a writ of execution without notice to her, but you may need an attorney to assist you in collection. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
