Pension after divorce

I have been divorced from my ex for 20 years and want to know if I am entitled to any of his retirement from the military.

If you didn't address it during your divorce proceeding, it "might" be too late now. Try calling someone on the military side. Their must be someone in the retirement plan administrator's office you dicuss it with.
