Pension entitlement after divorce

I was divorced in 2002 after 30 years

of marriage, a Quadro was issued for

the Pension Plan and 401K. The 401

K was divided, but I was unaware of

the Pension and it has just come to

my attention while I was searching

my files for my copy of the

dissolution in order to obtain Social

Security. How to I proceed to obtain

my share of pension benefits?

You use prepare a QDRO for the pension. It's not required for the 40lk

Contact the pension plan administrator to see if the QDRO actually prepared.
