Legal Question in Family Law in California

Pension, retirement,employee benefit plan orders

I went ahead and pre-payed out all that was required of--name removed--on--name removed--pension plan, yet I did not file any thing with the court. Now--name removed--union is withholding--name removed--retirement because I have nothing on record. How do I resolve the issue.

You need to talk to a California attorney, but since you didn't follow the court order you may end up paying again. Good luck
